[Resolved] Sony India — worst experience with sony after buying products of Ras 10 lakh | |||
My name is vivek goswami. I am using sony vaio. I purchased it from reliance digital mantri mall Bangalore on 15th September 2013.when i bought it they said it will be on year warranty with replacement if any damage or any accident happens with products that why i bought sony vaio but 2 weeks ago when i went to your service centre in C.B.I road Bangalore . They have taken the product but not repaired. They never received the call as well as no response for 2 weeks.Atlast, they said we cant do it you can go to any other service center. the product is with i am nto able to yuse it also. i bought 5 laptops of sony just beacus eof their name but i did a big mistake and i am not going to leave it simply. Now i will show them how they will loose their repo in bangalore market. Worst service provider in Market Was this information helpful? | |||
