[Resolved] Sony India — Worst Response | |||
I have given my Sony Experia Z1 mobile for repair as the back panel was damaged. This mobile was submitted to ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD a SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER. I had submitted the mobile on 13/08/2014 and still have not received my mobile back. It was told to me that it might take 15 to 20 days as it has to go to centralised service center. However this mobile has not been repaired yet. When I am contacting them I am still getting a same response as it might take another 10 days. This is extremely poor level of service any customer can go through. Was this information helpful? | |||
