I had purchased xperia z3 on 11th jan 20015, in end of april my screen was broken and I submitted my cell to parshwa service center at Vadodara( 28 april ticket id is [protected]), they had return my cell after one month(almost 24th may) with new screen for that I had paid 12300rs.
but after receiving phone I found that there is some serious issue of mic, heating problem and battery issue. for that I return that phone to service center on 1st june, on 16th june I received sms that my phone is ready, but when I went to centre phone was not ready and they asked for more 10 to 15 days to solve my issue.
so they literally harass customer, wasting time, and cant repair own product.
without my phone my business is affecting. they even cant give same model to use for temporary period.

this is Rasheed i am from Nellore(AP) i have purched sony xperia z1 on jan'15, present my phone having ear speaker noise problem coming again and again phone is hanging frequently and also having touch screen problem. I am not satisfactory on your product. I have taken these issues to nearest service centre at Nellore. But problem not yet solved. For my mobile they have given me a recycled mobile which is not in good look as my mobile. Kindly understand my feelings and resolve my handset issues or kindly arrange a new handset to me.
