Sony India — Worst service - mobile

Hello all,

few months before, I have give my mobile for service and i have mentioned all defects ( 3 problems) in my mobile.

after some days they called and told the total amount (12, 700.00 rs) for recover all defects. after one week they called me and said your mobile is ready please come and get it.

I have went and checked my mobile it of not fully completed only one defect is completed balance 2 are not completed for that i have to pay additional 15k to 20k. my mobile total cost is 32800.00rs

I said as per your call i'll pay 12700 and give my mobile with full service. otherwise give back it as it is without any service. they accept to give back my mobile.

But still i didn't get my mobile and there is no information from them whenever i call they said simply it is for return so please be clam.

I don't know how long should i wait .
