Sony India — worst service then any hanky penkey brand | |||
my sony bravia 48W600B vid Sr no3261435. bought on august 15 2014 and its giving problem in 1st week of jan lonched complain. After 3 days service engg came seeing the blinking red light he said pannel has to be replace. which they can able tell when i lodge the complain. Any way till date not a single reply from there side. always buying time. this is worst response from service part. Investment of 840000 gone in vein never prefer SONY BRAND un trustworthy. I think sony company sells their defected pieces in India only because in other countries government follows rules strictly. so, sony company cant sell their defected pieces in other countries and about service you enjoy their service...
