Sony India — Wrong information regarding the television size

Sir, I wanted to buy a 32" inch television but due to miscommunication and misjudgement by your customer care executives at your Sony store in Aggarwal Funcity Mall, CBD, Shahdara, I was given an LED TV of 28" which got delivered at my place on 18th September' 2014 and when I installed it, I found out that it was short in size. I then called the customer care executive who helped me buy the LED and he told me that it cannot be changed as I have already installed it and it is now termed as second hand LED. I would request you to please look into the matter and reply as soon as possible.
