Sony India — Xperia z2 in 6 days of purchase spoiled | |||
phone was covered under "ACCIDENTIAL DAMAGE PROTECTION" so i bought the phone from croma instead of flipkart . The phone is with service center since half a month they havent replaced my phone they keep rejectiong my phone for no reason, i keep writing emails they give vague answers, the toll free people lie to me saying the phone is at the head office where as its at the service center. i am fed up i dont trust sony to service my phone when im in need i dont want this phone i will never buy sony, it cost me 49, 000 and this happens in 6 days and i dont have my phone since half a month Was this information helpful? | |||
