Sony — Led tv panel issue kdl - 46w700a serial no 4309191 | |||
We had purchased the Sony Bravia LED TV with model no 46W700A serial no 4309191 on 27.12.2013 and it is almost a year that there is an issue with display Panel with reddish lines moving up and down.As we have contacted the service centre they have told us to repair the display panel with the cost of Rs 25000/- We want the same to be replaced with Free of cost since we have just completed one year of warranty period.Please do take immediate action .Please do contact on this no [protected]. Same in my case, I bought the same model in 2013. There's a display issue and they said need to replace the display panel and it is costing 31, 209 INR. It is very disappointing.
I have also same problem in my sony KDL-46W700A how much cost for replacement of screen i bought this model in 2014

after purchasing such a costly TV from Sony, why do display panel giving issue so early.
we guys believe sony has the best display panel but if this is the case there is no point in spending such a big amount.
