I have the products of sony, like television, home theater, computer, cell phones etc., at my home. Only the sony products adorn my home. I purchased a sony LED Television which has the model number KLV 46 R 452 A for the worth of Rs.68, 900 (i.e., bill amount) on 23 September 2013 from SAMU ELECTRONICS, KUMBAKONAM with bill No. 82578 The above mentioned television has the warranty period for two years from the date of purchase. Now the television has not been working properly till October 2015. I contacted the dealer and booked the complaint about the problem. The dealer took two weeks to attend the complaint. After two weeks they came to my home and inspected the television and said there is a problem in software. After detailed inspection they instructed me to bring the television to their show room. I handed over the television to the dealer on 28.11.2015(JOB NO.J5316081). Now the dealer is telling the warranty period exceeds. Actually the delay was made by the dealer only. So I kindly request you to extend the warranty period and solve the problem of the television on warranty. Thanking you sir. Was this information helpful? | |||||
