Sony — Mobile Problem Display Issue | |||||
Dear Sony Team, I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z Ultra Model bearing IMEI No.[protected] dated 29/06/2015 .The phone worked fine unless I observed a defect on the screen. One a fine day I observed the screen shattered from inside without any mishandling, shock etc. The touch stopped working and to my surprise there were fine crack lines on the screen from inside. There was not a single break or damage on the screen but from inside it seemed to be damaged. I request you to kindly take this issue and replace my screen under warranty. I am residing at Nizamabad and Hyderabad would be the nearest service centre. Further I have observed that a lot of other people are also facing the same issue, if this problem is persistent and related to manufacturing defect I urge you to take the issue seriously with your higher authorities and provide some permanent solution for this.
