[Resolved] Sony — Poor Service center MADONNA SYSTEM & SERVICE of Sony in Calicut | |
I have a Sony Vaio Laptop (Model: PCG-61A11W). I purchased this around 2 year back.
I lost the Screw of my laptop automatically. 3-4 main back side screws. I went your authorised service centre MADONNA SYSTEM & SERVICE, Calicut, Kerala.
But they are not having the screw. They are saying it will take one week to get the screw. I wondered that how your service centres not having the basic stuffs like a main screw of the laptop.
And a customer need to wait one week a screw. I am working in Orissa and i cannot keep the laptop in service centre or don’t have leave of one week to wait the screw.
I am not at all satisfied with service centre people because they way of talking to a customer is very poor and irresponsible. They are saying if you want screw then you order the screw here first by paying amount then after one week it may come. This kind of Service from a standard firm SONY is unexpected and disappointed. At least you have to make sure your authorised service centres having basic stocks and facilities.
