Sir/madam,
This is in reference to my sony m4 aqua dual which was purchased on 25/10/15 and was taken to the service centre with the problem of no network in sim1 is under warranty but service centre people are saying that this problem of no network is out of warranty. This time handset submitted with job no. W[protected] dt 3/10/16. When the product is under warranty why i am asked to pay for the same.
This handset is a defective product of company and having problem in month or two.
Earlier the set was submitted thrice to the sevice centre. First time for the display problem on 25/4/16 with job no w[protected] and received on 12/5/16 and second time with the camera problem submitted on 16/5/16 with job no w[protected] and third time on 23/6/16 with job no w[protected] for display problem.
Looking forward to intervene into the matter.
