I have purchased a Sony Mobile Phone C4 E5363 for Rs. 23750 from QRS Retail Lmited, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. From the date of purchase the phone has becoming overheated when used. Moreover if we use net, the battery get discharged very soon. The battery storage valid less than a day. I have given three times to the Sony Service Centre, Pattom Trivandrum.
