Sony — Sony Xperia M dual sim phone not function on screen rotation and 2times hanged

I have purchased Sony dual sim Xperia M through Snapdeal-online purchase and faced huge trouble also not satisfied with functions. 3rd time handed Over to authorized service provider. In 3rd time still phone is not ready and extend another 10days. Already 10 days gone. Customer satisfaction and guarantee from Sony is not good. Very bad servicing also loss my money on believe of Sony product. Really I apply consumer for claiming new handset or cash back. My maximum programs and plans are collapsed due to this phone failure.
