Sony — Sony, xperia z3, faulty, poor service, rude behaviour | |||||
Earlier i purchased Xperia Z2 but after using it for less than a week its battery got puffed so i had to returned it. After replacing it i bought xperia z3 on[protected], but after only 3 months, its ringer got burst & not giving proper sound, when i contacted sony service centre at R.N-Goel & Sons Pvt. Ltd. "523A, Ambedkar Road, Opp. Axis Bank, Ghaziabad-201001, Uttar Pradesh" +91-[protected] they told me that it will be send to sony centre and will be open forcefully by tools like knife & some other tools like that and company doesn't have a policy to give new phone to customer in exchange of that. But after requesting them several time they replaced my xperia z3 with a brand new xperia z3 set. New phone which i got again start creating same problem(Ringer Problem, Speaker Problem, Network Issue, Hanging Problem). So i again put my device into service twice in the month of september 2015 and still lie with the service centre. Behaviour of sony service centre staff and customer care is very rude and non-supportive. They are saying that this is the matter of customer and sony service centre can't do anything in this regard. From last 8 months its being more than 4 month that my mobile which costed me Rs 47000 INR put up for service at service centre. So kindly try to replace or refund me money as i got fedup with the service of sony and doesn't have faith in Sony. Thus kindly consider the seriousness of this issue and please do arrange to provide new handset or refund of money. Today i went to sony service centre at ambedkar road, Ghaziabad. Firstly the way they talk was very rude and they told me that my handset will be upgraded to Sony Xperia Z3+(Box price 53000/- but available at sony centre at Rs 40000/- only) by paying 1000 Rs more. As the price printed on the box was 1000 Rs more than the bill amount of my Xperia Z3( Billed amt Rs 45000/-). So kindly do tell me if the market price of New model is 5000 rs less then why should i pay 1000 more although is should get 5000 rs from your side.This is the treatment sony give to its priority customer.
Thus i got fedup with your service and please refund my money (Rs 45000) as i don't have faith in sony anymore.
