False commitment frm sony vaio customer care, for recovery window 7, but care centre: named as- hateshwari care centre deny we don't have recovery for ur laptop n we dont know abot ur issue bt i had a call from sony india tha go to that cre centre fr aviablity recovery

Updated by Shailender Paul I recieved the call frm sony india only then after 2 days i go to vaio service centre named as Hateshwari care centre bhangrotu mandi .himachal pradesh, but they deny, they said we donlt have recovery fr ur laptop and we dont knw about ur matter so whom do i blame sony care centre or sony customer care where from i recieved call, but alll these i get disapointed as sony my fav.
