[Resolved]  Sony VAIO — Service centre damaged my product

i had given my laptop to krish electronics in malad east for repairing its an authorised service centre, They damaged my product i visited there in a week stating that u damaged my product they made a job sheet and in 2 two days they handed my product in a damaged condition and now they are avoiding that stating they are not responsibile for that and when i told them that i want to talk to higher authority they told me u have to visit japan for that..i am fed up with service centre and i want replacement of my product.
