I purchased my Vaio in Jan 2014. It hangs every 2 minutes. I got it serviced 3 times at Sony service center. 2 times they replaced the hard drive. They mishandled it and have made some physical damage to the casing. I made complaint through email and had engineer visit. He could not fix the issue. Again I made complaint and had another engineer visit. Issue still persists. I have had 35 interactions with Sony customer service and now I do not see any way out other than complaining through different channels. I refuse to send my laptop to any service center and want it replaced.
Kindly provide me escalation matrix for the Sony or provied me procedure to file complaint with consumer court.
