Sony — warrant related

I bought a laptop from sony center in sigara varanasi, at that time sales man sed that any ony one key got damaged then it can be replace, and uncertanly one of the keey of my laptop have problem now o i visited service center then they sed that they have to replace compleet keey board, but there is one cosmetic breakdown in body that's why they will not cover that replacement in warranty, and now after a year when my warrant expired they r saying there was occidental warranty on that laptop but the is over that's why then can't repair that, and for all that they are asking me 10600 rs
