[Resolved] Sony — Warranty of handset snatched by improper ways | |
I have bought Sony XperiaZ handset on 13th April, 2013 from "Neelam Electronics " Bhavnagar. I experienced a problem on back camera and hence went to "Angle electronics" which is official service center of Sony in Bhavnagar. They refused to give me the service stating that my phone is water damaged and hence will not count in warranty. Despite my Ernest requests and assurance that handset has never been in through water they refused any of my argument. I have mailed twised and called numerous times to customer support of Sony but they are firm on their stand despite I am ready for laboratory testing of my handset. Please take action with in three days otherwise i will
