Sony Xperia — complaint against xperia Z | |||
On 28.03.2013 i had purchased a Sony Xperia Z C6602 mobile phone from the certified sales and service center of Sony India (Pvt) Ltd. i.e, QRS Retail Ltd., Sycamore Complex, Pattom, Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala. But within one week from the date of purchase the above mentioned mobile phone turned defective due to the overheat and very low battery back up. Immediately i produce the defective mobile phone to Accel Front Line Limited, TC 11/275-1, Ground Floor, Plamoottil Apartments, Keston Road, Kowdiar, Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala which has the certified sales and service center of Sony India Pvt. Ltd. When the defective mobile phone was replaced and a new one was given to me. Again on November 2013 the replaced mobile phone again turned defective due to Display Variation in the screen, Overheating and Frequently Hanging etc and this firstly replaced mobile phone was again replaced by the Madona Sales and Service, MC-VIII/1514-413A, Sowparnika, Kadappakada, Kollam, Kerala which they also have the certified sales and service center of Sony India Pvt. Ltd. Again this secondly replaced mobile phone again turned defective due to Overheating, touch sensitivity and vibration had lost, no battery back up and frequently hanging. So the secondly replaced phone was again given to the Madona Sales and Service, MC-VIII/1514-413A, Sowparnika, Kadappakada, Kollam, Kerala. I produce the mobile phone on 25.03.2014. They were reluctant to replace or repair it till this date. When the phone was produced within the warranty period they are liable to replace it. Otherwise it is a deficiency in service. I demanded them to replace with new one instead of defective mobile phone or repair it, but they were not turned up to heed grievances of my word. At the time of purchase they had claimed me that the handset (Xperia Z C6602) is build in high quality, Granting one year warranty etc. The main feature i was attracted in the mobile phone was, the phone is capable of Water Resistant. Hence i hereby call upon to replace the mobile phone, otherwise i will constrained to initiate all legal steps against you for the same relief.
