Sonyliv App — I paid for subscription but my susbscription is not active

I have paid Rs 999 (1 year subscription plan) to sony liv app through apple mandate on 23 december 2022. My apple ID shows plan purchased and money has been deducted from my account. But sony liv dis not active my subscription. I complaint to sony live through email and whatsapp ( more than 5 times, as they don’t provide customer care number for direct contact regarding issues) but still my issue is not yet resolved. kindly look into this matter as this is highlg unfair that i am not able to access services for what i paid for.
