Hi Team,

I have taken SonyLIV app paid subscription which is very high around[protected] rs and after that they are showing around total 15 ads in 40 mins serial which is very humiliating and times wasting, I would like to claim 500, 000 rupees for this tourture to me.

I have paid Rs 999 (1 year subscription plan) to sony liv app through apple mandate on 23 december 2022. My apple ID shows plan purchased and money has been deducted from my account. But sony liv dis not active my subscription. I complaint to sony live through email and whatsapp ( more than 5 times, as they don’t provide customer care number for direct contact regarding issues) but still my issue is not yet resolved. kindly look into this...

Hello sir /mam,
From 11th May 2018 onwards I am unable to open the SonyLIV app to watch my favorite shows... As soon as I click on the SonyLIV app, a small circle moves for few seconds and then immediately my home page comes back(the app gets closed itself).
Please help me to resolve this issue immediately as we r missing our favorite shows to be watched...
