Hi Team,
I tried to book cruize package with SOTC on the 20th December 22 through their official website. When i attempted to make the payment first time (Transaction ID: STL201222FFD330) after the payment was deducted from my bank account, a Booking failed notification showed up. so i tried again (Transaction ID: STL2012222D6423). this time again the same experience.
i had reached out to the customer service team after 3 days which is normal time taken for such failed payments to get back. after multiple back and forth they came back to me today saying it will not be possible for them to return the duplicate payment. please look into this.
