Updated by babugeorgek While traveling from Esplanade bus station to Haldia, 27/10/1022 morning 06:05AM trip. Approach many times to conductor for the balance amount, he is not ready to return our balance and he avoid us always. Which is very bad practice and destroys SBSTC reputation.
