South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Money deducted and ticket not sent to mobile number

Everytime I try to get a ticket through sbstc, money gets deducted and the ticket is not being sent to mobile number. Customer care sometimes receives the call and provide the ticket, but most of the time they don't receive the call. This is terrible and extremely problematic for regular travellers.
