South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Money not refunded

On 26.09.2023, evening, I was booking a ticket for Karunamoyee to Asansol, 6:00 am (for 27.09.2023) SBSTC bus for the seat no. 44 and after entering the otp while making the payment, the money (₹185/-)got deducted from my account but the ticket wasn't booked, it showed error. Then I had to rebook the same seat with an additional ₹185/- for the very next day for my journey. The money deducted has not been credited yet. I wanted to inquire that by when will I get the money credited back to my account. It's very much appreciated if it gets done at the earliest.
