South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Non refund of ticket amount for canceled bus.

From SBSTC app I purchased two tickets on 14.02.2024 from Garia to Midnapore for the bus of 7.00 AM. But the bus was cancelled. But after two times complain through mail no refund is made by SBSTC to me. Please arrange to refund full amount which I paid. Screen shot of the ticket attached
