Hi.. I was not able to book the train ticket from mangaluru junction to bengaluru. However the train fare was taken from my debit card. How do i get the refund.

This transaction was done on 13/6/2017 at 14.36.
The message said : thank you for using your debit card ending — for rs 290.13 in e sbipg at www.ccavenue.comcharg.
Kindly help me with the refund.
