This complaint is about disconnection of supply (Customer Id- D34D1/157, Name- Dhoba Raulo). The unit meter was defected earlier and we had verbally intimated approx. 3 times for the replacement but no departmental service had been given. One day the billing team came to cross check and found it was defected then penalized 10, 000.00(Ten Thousand Rupees) signed by my younger sister in absence of any elder member of my family and probably 10 days before, they cut off the supply against the pending bill . They enforcing us to pay the total bill with penalty amount otherwise the connection will not be provided. Isn't it a governance misuse and scam? Please make an early solution in this regard.
