I have made a payment of Rs. 1099/- for the bill no: 0054 using TSSPDCL app via phonepe upi. Money was deducted but at the end receipt is not generated.

I have applied for a new connection . Initially I received a message stating that I need to upload a document once again (sale deed and bill that should be self attested). Which I did . But later I received a message stating that my application has been rejected due to not uploading the document.
I haven't received any refund till now for the same.

I received an electricity bill for June month of Rs. 6162 and make the payment in July two times.

I thought it will get adjusted in the July bill but again I received the bill of Rs. 2185.

Kindly suggest the solution...

We've been charged far more than what we should be charged because of wrong entry of meter reading

Because of this mistake, we are charged 9866 which is far more than what we should be chargedbr...

#TSPDCL sir, requests to resolve frequent power failure issues in area (Green fields colony, B venture) have been repeatedly ignored by the offices of Lothukunta, Lalbazar. This has been a 10+ year pursuit.+Rude replies by linemen. Unfriendly customer care. kindly assist asap.

I have paid July month bill from phonepe and it was a successful transaction but however I receive that amount in August bill as well kindly do the needful attaching screenshots for reference...

We usually get an average bill of 2000 per month and this month we have received a bill of INR 8681/- which is 4 times higher.

There seems to be incorrect billing, last month we received a bill for INR 240/-. Last month units and this month units together have been billed at a higher slab rate which is incorrect....
