Southern Railway — ticket to sankarankovil and return

Dear sir

In the past one month i have been trying to book one return ticket for me for sankarankovil with lower berth from the mambalam counter. Every time i get response that there are no tickets with lower berth. Can you please look into this and do the needful. It is surprising to note even one ticket is not available.

The park railway 2 platform catering stall was forced sales @ idly list of board price 2 PCs .13 rs but not giving a 2 PCs forcing the sales of 3 PCs 20 rs no bill take-up my complaint
