Southern Travels Pvt Ltd — Plundering by southern travels

I Have booked 3 seats in your travels bus for my Hyderabad local trip on 01.02.2017 by using SBI ATM Debit Card. My account was debited with Rs. 1145/- and have received the following confirmation message as below:
“ Thank you for using your SB I Debit Card 459XX2596 for a purchase worth Rs 1145 on POS [protected] at hotelsoutherngrand_TPS txn#[protected].”
During the trip again your bus staff have demanded us to pay Rs.1050/- towards three tickets. As we have commenced our journey we have no option but to pay. Thus you have forcefully collected twice the amount from us which is awkward and humiliating to us. We have been contacting your office staff for refund of Rs. 1145/- debited to my account but of no use. We were informed by your staff that the amount will be credited within 72 hours. 9 days elapsed since then. Despite your assurance the amount was not credited till now. Today when we’ve contacted you again you told us to send a mail detailing the events.
Is it necessary to mail separately to you if the mistake on your part was conveyed to all of your doors several times? Is this the customer service you are rendering over the years?. If such a situation happens to a layman who is unable write / email the events will you elope with his hard-earned money? Is this your business eitiquette ? to plunder the monies of people.
Your staff are suggesting us to contact the Customer care of SBI and extract the TPS ID from them and convey to you by mail which we have tried but failed. Is that means my monies lost? If it is a failed transaction that money would have been credited by the SBI on the 2nd day itself. As it is a successful transaction done in normal manner the same thing doesn’t arise. That means you are holding my money over these days and playing crook games and demanding me to do this and that. We have enough evidences that the money was credited to your account at the instance of booking but you have collected equal money for the secondtime for the same Hyderabad local trip.

As my monies are with you all these days I demand you to credit the amount of Rs.1145/- immediately to my account with the delayed penalty. Don’t malign your already tarnished disreputation.

Sir we have choosen southern travels for our north india tour. He made us to pay an amount of 4500 for vaishnodevi trip and robbed all our money and in reverse was scolding us. Please we request you to do whatever possible and help us to get justice for us. We think you could clear our problem and solve this issue as soon as possible
