After receiving full payment for a vip helicopter chardham tour, (Four nights and five days), they pushed out our travel dates without informing us. We arrived in delhi and then found out only by calling the company. We are now stranded in delhi. We came from the us just for the chardham tour and will now miss it because southern travels changed the dates without informing us. We have air tickets to return and will not be able to take the tour. We have wasted so much money. We are really disappointed at the terrible customer service. We are unsure that we will receive the rs 3.6 lakhs we have paid to southern travels, plus we have lost the cost of the airfare from the us (Several lakhs), the hotel reservations we made at dehradun after the trip.
This is the worst tour operator. Please do not work with delhi office deepak and gaurav dubey.
