SP office Ghaziabad — Passport police verification report pending

Dear Sir,

I applied for passport reissue at Passport Seva Kendra, Ghaziabad.
My file number is GZ[protected].

I need to travel abroad urgently and need your help to expedite on this.

My police verification was initiated and the officer visited and did the verification on 29th Sept. I updated about my urgent situation and he confirmed that he has submitted my report on Friday' 30th Sept.I checked on the portal the status was not changed and it was showing as "Pending for physical police verification at kotwali Police Station, Ghaziabad". I visited the kotwali as well to confirm and he assured that the report was already submited from his end on Friday' 30th Sept.
On 6th Oct'22 the status changed to "Police report has been submitted by Kotwali Police Station, Ghaziabad and sent to SP Office, District Ghaziabad for review" and till it is same.

I am a senior citizen and it is painfull for me to followup. As there is urgent travlel required looking for your help.
