SP office Ghaziabad — Request to sumit report for my passport and passports of my family

Sir,

I am Shiv Charan Pokhriyal. My residence is at FF-2, Plot No.149, Sector 13, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad. I had applied for passports for myself, my wife and my son. On 28.11.2021 the official from your police station had come and visited my aforementioned residence for verification and purpose. However, today I received a message from passport office that the report from your office in this regard is still pending. I would request you to kindly instruct the official concerned to send the verification report to passport office at the earliest. The verification was done for the following persons:-

2. Anjali (wife)
3. Shaurya Pokhriyal
