Hi all,
I orders vegetables and groceries online from spar 23rd night for 23rd morning home delivery as morning delivery slot was available. My bill amount total:
Rs2, 091.90. Till now i have not got my order delivered. Now i am out of my groceries and vegetables. Due to lock down in lieu of corona outbreak i order online hoping i will get my delivery and can lock my self at home. Spar is very very unprofessional. I called customer care, but no reply. Also no response to my multiple mails. Money has been deducted. Now status of the order is showing as completed but order has not been delivered. I have no idea what's happening. Seems like i got cheated. Thought of creating awareness so that people will not get cheated.
