RE:DISHTV UNFAIR PRACTICE tantamount to Cheating
VC Parent-[protected] Child- [protected]

My package is Sports-Parent+Child.I paid Rs 500 on 13 July 2015 for this package.
I cancelled Child package as I was not getting any channels due “no signal” from the very first day. Your representative confirmed on several reminders since then that child package is cancelled and Child package subscription moneys will be credited to Parent VC [protected] but no such action happened and I again called several times DISH TV and they all assured that needful is done and I will get full value days for Rs 500 on Parent package as Child pack is cancelled.

But despite this I am receiving reminders that my connection will be disconnected on 4th August 2015. This is wrong. The expiry date should be around 25th August 2015.That means DISHTV official were giving false assurances and all my reminders have fallen on deaf ears of DISHTV. Under the circumstances I have reason to believe that DISHTV is indulging in fraudlant practices of cheating me.

Every time I remind DISH TV of their wrong doing, inaction and to correct the expiry date or give credit for child package cancellation they deduct an amount from my subscription for reminding them which is another case of fraudlant practice.

Under the circumstances I am now forced to go to go public to expose DISHTV and my grievances. I do not understand why DISHTV has stooped so low to resort to cheating customer to earn profits.
