Sub:Complain Against your service -reminder


This is with reference to above mention car model number is
mine, on dated 14/12/2014 I was gone with family at prabhodhan
thaker drama hall –Borivali (W) & here I would like to inform you that my
car was Stopped At 8.50 PM on the gate of Drama Hall, & 1st
time I was gone with my family by vehicle !!!.


I have instant called to nearest mechanic & he said for new clutch
& for new Clutch expense for Rs.5500/- But my relative advice for direct
call to Spectra customer service Center, there after I have called your
service center but they said that I have to send car by toi at goregaon
only & for this I have too pay Rs.900/- for toi only but when I was
investigation than I would known that at Borivali also your service centre is
available, than why they have draw me in wrong direction ?

1)
when car will be out of station than I have to send car at goregaon only???

2)
toi person was came without informing while I already talk that I will be
inform within 10mintues & he was talk with rude warning . what is the
reason ???

3)
according to your mechanic Clutch is proper but while he was meet with your toi
person suddenly he said for new clutch, tell me what is this???? & I have
send my car at your goregoan service centre, & I will receive my car very
next day means on dated 15/12/2014 as per talking but till the date on
date 17/12/214 I have not receive my car !!!

Why
so much time take for new car ? what is the meaning of warranty & guarantee
for car if I have too pay charge for any thing repairing ?

4)
why any other service centre have less rate for servicing as compare to
Spectra service centre?

5)
within 3 months Spare parts is damage & only usage of 2000 km who is
responsible ?

NB:
in warranty card which exclusion are mention I want in Gujarati or
hindi language. I want answer within 72 hours other wise I will be complain to
maruti chairmen.


Kindly do the needful in above matter as soon as possible.
