Hi, have been calling spectra toll free number to complain . However they close my previous ticket and raise a new ticket . They have been doing this for the past 4 days continously. .. yesterday spoke to Sameer Sinha who claimed to be from the escalation team and assured me that today the needful will be donebefore 11 am... However nothing has happened. Been calling the toll free number but no response. . Hence called on the enterprise toll free and spoke toAnuj asking him to transfer to eescalation team says no such facility to transfer . Evennot sharing theMD contact detail ...even saying dont know who is the MD ... then later informing that bhavana puri is the MD but dont have contact details. ... apathetic service. ...
