Spectranet — FAKE PROMISES TO THE CUSTOMER

Hi we have been using spectra net internet service for a long times, but whenever issue occurred I tried to call them and request to fixed the problem, But they never fixed my request in times they simply promised they will fixed it within 4-hours but that was not happened hence call them back again to re check the issue but again they promised me will fixed it within 4-hours but that was never happened in time always need to wait more than 8-hours (every day same scenario when I raise my voice to fixed the issue. but this time I cannot able to digest the fake promises ). AS A MATTER OF FACT OVER HERE I HIGHLIGHTED NOT TO GIVE FAKE PROMISES TO THE CUSTOMER.
