Spectranet — internet service down during last one month. customer service not reachable. | |||
We have spectranet broadband service at home. We have been experiencing unexplained and intermittent outages over last one month. The customer service number is not reachable. This is impacting my work as i work from home. The other number we call goes to new connection agents and they least bothered about our problems. Worst service ever. The bill comes on time and we have to pay total amount with out getting any discount for the outage days. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am tired of calling customer care but no one is answering the call . My question is why u have opened customer care i[censored] don't want to hear the complains.
