Spectranet — Poor pre-sales support | |||||
I wrote several of my queries as a prospective customer to [protected]@spectranet.in. It's been over 10 days but they are not answered. If i chat with the person online he asks me to connect to phone numbers for new connection. When i contact on phone, they are unable to resolve my technical queries and this goes on. Spectranet does not seem to be interested in getting new customers it seems!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
