[Resolved]  Spectranet — Refund not Received even after 4 months

Hi, Even after repetitive follow up with customer care and appellate authority, I have not yet received my refund amount after even 4 months. I had Paid the 3 months advance rental on Jul 06, due to technical issue the installation could not be done, Thus requested for the refund amount. Now I am running from pillar to post to get my money back but still nothing has been done. Everytime a new ticket is created and am asked to wait for 45 days. So far i have been given about ten tickets. They just close the ticket and create a new one making it look like its a new ticket and refund processing will take 45 days. I have been really disappointed with the service of spectranet and am not able to get my money back. Can someone please look into this and make sure i get the money as soon as possible.
