Spectranet service is down from last 15 days.We have reported complaints to customer care. As per them there engineer has fixed the issue and closed the ticket. But in actual there engineer neither visited nor the service was made up. Daily we are calling the customer care atleast two tines and daily they are promising to get the issue resolved by eod.
