[Resolved]  Spectranet — spectranet please refund my money

I was using Spectranet Broadband for a Year and cancelled the connection as the coverage was not available in my area. They said ill receive the refund in form of check in 45 days it almost 6 months and still i haven't received any single call from them. If i mail/Call the customer care number they ll just say its process and will not provide the proper details.
