I paid 1001/- via phonepe using spencers app.. They sent my products from 'spencers retail limited, 33 syed amir ali avenue, kolkata 700017

I ordered total 23 items but received only 21 items.. Even that's mentioned in the bill also.. But today even after 10-12 days i didn't get the refund of rs 99/- neither they are receiving any phone calls.. Please help
