This is to notify that during two aeps transfer the money got debited from my client's bank account but unfortunately the money failed to get credited in my account. I made two transactions on 21/11/2017 both of amount rs-4000.00, but it failed to reach my wallet. Later as per instructions provided by customer care executive and spice distributor in this region, i had made a small withdraw of rs 1000 and updated the bank pass book. But all in vain. So i hereby request you to please see to the problem asap so that i can continue working without any further hassle.

Time any problem arises no help is found from customer care and people working in their pay scale like pritam ([protected] — pritam. [protected]@spicedigital.in) have no time entertaining the issue. Only full of lies and deceits. The customer care they are managing is a third party customer care. So no possible help.
The whole case has been lingering for more than a month i. E. Around 40 days.
Please see to the problem as soon as possible.
