I have made a lot of complain regarding the transaction issue. I am a new distributor in spice money. for ordering a new items, i have to pay first to the company, then i made a payment on 02/08/2021 at 11:05am, credited to SBI account : [protected], Goregaon, mumbai. Transaction ID:[protected]. debited from the account of: [protected].
when i made a complain regarding the money still not credited to my wallet, the said that they did not find the transaction happening, for this transaction, i have a proof that i made a transaction to the company.
I made a lot of complain, but they ask me to wait, and extended again and again. later, when i made a complain again, they don't want me to respond my mail.
