Today, 05/05/2021 at 12:55 i transfer an amount of Rs 20000 in spice money axis bank account through my axis bank mobile app (imps).In order that the spice money will add this amount in my wallet, but after uploading receipt in spice money (manual upload) option.I received a message that my wallet upload request has been rejected.I asked the customer care he/she said upload the same receipt again, i again upload it but this time i faced a issue -This reference no. Is already exist, i re again ask the customer give me a solution of this issue. They said to me, they have raised my complaint ticket id, my problem will be solved within 2 hr. But yet i have not received any single penny in my spice money wallet. Please it is my request to you, please do something and get my money back in my wallet.
